How to reach us
From the railway station, Piazzale Roma and Tronchettto:
you can get to the Locanda with the vaporetti (boats) of the company ACTV.
From the Airport:
you can take the boats of the Alilaguna service.
In both cases get off at the stop San Marco Vallaresso and walk on towards Frezzeria.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
