A true Italian style Bed and Breakfast.
We give you in 4 rooms of our house. 4 special rooms, comfortable and familiar with all the amenities. Rooms can have private or shared bathroom, TV, Satellite TV, fan, free internet access, towel.
The B&B Sun and Moon has a private parking space or, on request, transport service. The B&B "Sun and Moon" is about 20 meters from the beach, about 5 minutes from the International Airport of Fiumicino (Rome) and 20 minutes from Rome downtown. The nearest bus stop and about 200 meters.
Irene and Valentina have personally chosen the colors and style of the rooms, they have created with their hands the home accessories that make them unique. They will be who will take care of your stay and full breakfast in the up and prepare the dining room. We are a simple family who decided to open their homes to those who want to enjoy a family stay and sunny with all the amenities and especially with so many perfumes. The B&B "Sun and Moon" is the ideal destination for those wishing to visit Rome and then maybe a relaxing holiday, weather permitting, also go to the beach or just for those who want to take advantage of the proximity of the airport or at the New Fiera di Roma The B&B is welcoming and comfortable, has a terrace and veranda where you can eat your breakfast. The ideal spot to spend a holiday with the kids that up to 3 years are free. Excellent destination for cycling as there are minutes away from the mouth of the Tiber to Ostia Antica excavations of the famous Port of Trajan.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
