How to reach us
Registered taxis and minibuses are available in front of the airport arrivals hall. Bus No. 119 from the airport stops directly in front of the hotel. Rental cars are available online.
Prague Ruzyne Airport (PRG): Approximate driving time is 15 minutes and distance is 10 km (6.25 miles).
Getting around: Prague's compact historical center is best explored on foot. Public transportation is readily available and comprises the Metro (underground), buses, trams, and a funicular railway 3.5 km (2.25 miles) from the hotel that climbs Petřín Hill.
Tickets may be used interchangeably on all public-transit systems.
The Dejvická Metro station on the A (green) line is in front of the hotel. Taxis are available throughout Prague, but some drivers can be untrustworthy. Taxis summoned by the hotel staff have reliable drivers.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
