From Hanoi Railway Station or the Bus Station, take CP Taxi (calling number 38262626) or Hanoi Tourist Taxi (calling number 38535353). Rate: approximately VND30,000 (roughly USD2.00). Don`t take the other taxis to avoid any scams. Journey time: 7 minutes.
For your safety, don`t take the cyclo or motorbike taxi.
To avoid any taxi scams that may happen, we provide private transfers service from Hanoi Train Station and Noi Bai Int`l Airport on request. Please contact our hotel in advance to arrange this service.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
