CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email.
You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation more than 7-days before the check-in date.
In that case, we shall release the blocked amount on your credit card, without penalty.
Otherwise, if you cancel your reservations 7-days or less to the check-in date, the cancellation fee equivalent to your reservation value of 01-night is charged due to hotel charges we incur for guest no shows.
