We book trains/air tickets, buses to Laos and a multi-stop open bus from Ha Noi to Hue / Hoi An / Nha Trang/ Da Lat or Mui Ne / Sai Gon, plus Russian Jeep, motorbike, and bicycle rental.
You will be provided with an enormous breakfast to start the new day. After visiting the 36 Old Quarter Streets, you may feel tired. We will provide a cup of tea, coffee or juice. We also offer a free a room for guests who are waiting for their next trip/tour in Vietnam, but need a place to freshen up and/or store luggage. CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
