The hotel is conveniently situated for travel. It is next to Queensway tube station, close to Paddington Station for the '15 minute Heathrow Express' and is on a major bus route. Within minutes, by foot, you get to Kensington Palace, Notting Hill, Portabello Market, Marble Arch and Oxford Street.

On the underground system take the westbound Circle Line (yellow) /District Line(green) to Bayswater. When you come out of Bayswater Station, cross the road(queensway road) and turn right. We are just round the corner. If you are coming from National Coach Station at Victoria, walk down to Victoria Station and follow the directions given above.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
