A great alternative to a hotel room!.. This 30 sqm studio, is on the 3rd floor,no elevator of a building with digicode to enter, on Montmartre, in
the 18st arrondissement.
It can Sleep up to 3 people. The apartment was newly renovated in 2008. The main room is furnished with a double bed and a single sofa bed, coffee table, glass dining table and 4 chairs. Cable TV, Hifi system, and high speed Internet connection are also at your disposal. The big windows bring in lots of lights aswell as keeping out any noises, thanks to double glazing.
The bathroom is fitted with a large bathtub with shower overhead and washbasin. The toilet is seperate. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances,nespresso cooking utensils, plates, cutlery etc. Washer & dryer are in a seperate room.

This apartment is located in Montmartre, 2 minutes walk to metro Lamarck-Caulaincourt. Surrounded by many shops, supermarkets, bookshops and typical french restaurants. The area has a
very nice village feeling.
In less than 15 minutes, the Metro, or the wide choices of bus routes will take you directly to the Louvre, The Orsay Museum, Notre Dame, St.Germain Quarter, Place de la Concorde, Tuileries Garden, Madeleine, Opéra, Galeries
Lafayette & Printemps, Champs-Elysées, Arc de Triomphe.
Montmartrobus, the local shuttle, has a stop just around the corner and takes you to different Metro and Bus stations in no time. You can also easily reach Odeon, Luxembourg Garden, St.Michel quarter, the Seine with it's Bateaux Mouches, the Marais with Place des Vosges & the Picasso Museum, Bastille, les Halles, Centre George Pompidou, Eiffel Tower, Trocadero.

a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
