How to reach us
From Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est and Gare d'Austerlitz train station you have to take metro line 5 and get off metro stop Richard Lenoir station. There is only one exit in the metro, so you get the exit and walk 50 metres and it is the first traffic lights on the left. From Bercy station you take metro line 6 up to Place d'Italie station and from there you switch to line 5 and you get off metro stop Richard Lenoir station. There is only one exit in the metro so you get the exit and walk 50 meters and it is the first traffic lights on the left. From Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports you take train RER-B up to Gare du Nord and from here take metro line 5 and get off at metro stop Richard Lenoir station. Follow the same directions again.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
