Description
Our apartment offers 46 square meters of furnished paradise for a maximum of 5 guests directly in the heart of Berlin. Just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the river Spree and the legendary area of Berlin known as SO36 on the fourth floor of a neubau building with an elevator is where you will find us, directly next to the Engelbecken.
A wide variety of shops, an parking garage, cafes, subway and above-ground metro stations, as well as bus stops are all easy to reach by foot. The city center is about 10 minutes away. And the apartment has lots of natural light.

How to reach us
From the Hauptbahnhof (Central Station):
it’s a short trip with the S-Bahn line 5 to Jannowitzbrücke. Here you can either transfer to the U-Bahn line 8 to Heinrich-Heine-Strasse or walk from Jannowitzbrücke headed toward Annenstrasse.
From the Ostbahnhof (East Station):
you can take the 347 Bus line to a stop directly in front of the door in about 9 minutes. Also, there are two supermarkets at the Ostbahnhof that are also open on Sundays, a rarity in Germany.
From the Tegel Airport:
you can take the 128 Bus line to Osloer Strasse and transfer to the U-Bahn line 8 there. Then take the subway to the Heinrich-Heine-Strasse stop.
From the Schönefeld Airport:
take the S-Bahn line 9 to Jannowitzbrücke and the walk toward Annenstrasse/Heinrich-Heine-Strasse from there.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
