Description
Our centrally located fully furnished and equipped new apartments mean perfect choice to stay in Budapest both for holiday or business purposes. Based on our big capacity we can comfortably accommodate groups or bigger parties.
All of our apartments are fully furnished, and equipped with Kitchen, cable T.V. , clean bed sheets and towels. Several tourist attractions are just a few minutes walking distance from our apartment house, like the State Opera, Synagogue, and Liszt Ferenc Square (Great restaurants and cafes).
The house itself is a new building was built in 2006. There are 2 elevators in the house and a nice inner garden.
There is a 24 hrs security service in the apartment house next to the main entrance.

How to get to our apartment house BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT from:
- Blaha Lujza ter: it is just a 2 min walk. Look for the "Burger King" restaurant on the corner of Rakoczi ut and Akacfa utca. Walk down in the street, and after the first cross street on the left hand side next to the underground parking you will find our new white building, here press doorbell #14 (or #120) to get in.
- Keleti Railway Station: take underground line #2 ( red line ) OR bus #7 to Blaha Lujza ter, than see above.
- Airport: take bus #200 to Kobanya-Kispest underground and bus terminal ( final stop ). Change here for the blue metro line ( #3 ) and get of at "Ferenc Korut" stop. Than change for tram #4-6 and take the one goes in "Moszkva ter direction", get off at "Blaha Lujza ter" stop ( 3rd stop ). This journey from the airport takes about 70 min. ON REQUEST WE CAN ARRANGE PRIVATE AIRPORT TRANSFER (Airport Pick-Up).
Driving directions from motorways M1-M7-M0 :
Petofi-hid (Petofi Bridge)-straight down in Ferenc korut ( boulevard )- straight in Jozsef Korut-reaching "Blaha Lujza ter ( square )" drive past the traffic junction straight an at Boscolo Hotel ( New York Palace and Cafe ) on your right at the first traffic light turn gight than at the first street right again, after a right turn again at the traffic light you will be on "Rakoczi ut". After leaving the first big junction and traffic light at the Burger King turn right directly to the first street. This is Akacfa utca. After the first corner on the right you will see our modern white building on your right.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
