Description
High-quality, bright, comfortable, non-smoking four-room serviced apartment in green belt of Budapest (16th district). Our guests can reach City center in 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by public transport. 90 square metres (960 square feet), sleeps six people comfortably.
Free parking in the garden. The apartment has one bedroom with one double bed (kingsize) and two singlerooms each with one single bed (one of them is a Ferrari-shaped childbed which is 190 cm). Living room's leather set is comfortable bed for two adults if more than three adults in the apartment.
It is possible to place an extra bed in the living room. In the modern kitchen/dining area with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, automatic dishwasher, coffee machine, tea kettle, and toaster there is a table that seats five people. Satellite television, DVD and CD player, books and games in the appartement.
For maximal comfort of family there are two bathrooms. Ground floor bathroom with bath tub.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
