We are located in via della Scala 1, at the corner with Piazza Santa Maria Novella, almost in front of the Church.
By car:
From the highway, follow the indications to the centre of Florence and than to Santa Maria Novella central railway station, which is about 200 metres from Tourist House.
By train:
The central station Santa Maria Novella is about 200 mt from Tourist House, so from here you can easily reach the property on foot in less than 5 minutes.
By airplane:
From the Florentine Airport Amerigo Vespucci you can catch the bus to the central station Santa Maria Novella and then walk from there.

We operate a 48hr cancellation policy, relative to the advised time of arrival. In the event of you having to cancel your booking, it is in your interest to inform us as soon as possible, otherwise it will be necessary to impose a penalty which comprises the cost of one night's accommodation.
