Description
Bed And Breakfast Leopoldo is an awesome place to stay in Florence. B&B is in easy walking distance of all the important sights.
The rooms are large and the decor is contemporary very well equipped with TV, bath, Frigobar and all for a good price.
The owners are very friendly and helpful.
So clean, great breakfast, internet and use of kitchen. You may also connect to the wireless internet or use the B&B's computer free of charge.
We can provide a parking place for our guests for 12 euro per night (instead of the usual 20-30 in this area).
For lunch and dinner you can enjoy typical Tuscan food and delicious pizza in the many restaurants and pizzerias in the neighborhood. You can order take away meals to enjoy here, or even cook for yourself in my well-equipped kitchen.
Please advise about arrival time as we do not have a 24-hour reception.

How to reach us
From Firenze Rifredi Train Station:
Once you get off the train at Rifredi, exit the station. The bus stop is under the trees on the other side of the square, approximately 10 meters away on the right. Take bus number 20, and get off at Piazza Leopoldo. Once in the square, with your back to the carousel, cross and on the right you'll find Via Fabbroni: our B&B is in the first building on the left, number 78.
From Santa Maria Novella Train Station:
With your back to the trains, exit on the left. Take bus number 28 and get off at Piazza Leopoldo (7 stops). Once in the square, with your back to the carousel, cross and on the right you'll find Via Fabbroni: our B&B is in the first building on the left, number 78.
From Pisa Airport Galileo Galilei:
At the train station, get on the train to Florence, which will take about one hour. You can get off at either Rifredi or Central (S.M.Novella) station – Rifredi is smaller, closer and therefore easier. Follow the instructions above from either station.
From Firenze Airport:
The easiest thing to do is catch a taxi. You will reach us directly in less than 10 minutes. Otherwise, you can take a shuttle bus to Central (S.M.Novella) Station (10-15 minutes), then follow the instructions above.
By car:
Leopoldo Bed & Breakfast is very close to the city centre but luckily it is not inside the limited traffic area and is therefore easily reachable by car. We are near the Central Station and Fortezza da Basso, where most fairs and exhibitions take place. Once you get to the Fortezza, follow directions for Careggi Hospital/Rifredi: you have to drive over a sort of bridge to bring you to via dello Statuto. Proceed for 200 metres, drive under two consecutive railway bridges and cross two squares (Piazza Muratori and Piazza Vieusseux). The third square is Piazza Leopoldo. Turn right after the light. The first street on the right is Via Fabbroni. We are in the first building on the left, number 78.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
