ENTRANCE with wardrobe, coat hanger, 2 chairs;
LIVING ROOM with table and 5 chairs, full sofa bed, bookshelves, coffee table, wooden chest, tv, phone, air conditioning and 2 windows, one leading to terrace;
BEDROOM with double bed, 1 bedside table and wardrobe;
KITCHEN fully stocked, with gas stove and small electric oven, table and 2 stools, refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, ventilation system and window leading to terrace;
BATHROOM with bath tub and shower fix, bidet, electric water heater and window;

from Ciampino airport take the train FR4 destination Termini, then walk for 200 mt and go to the stop bus H (dei capasso) and get off to Ministero Istruzione.
from Fiumicino airport take the train to Trastevere railway station (each ticket costs euro 11)then the tram 8 to Viale Trastevere and get off to Ministero Istruzione.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
