Nice, Clean, Cheap and in the city center.
Recently restored hotel in the heart of Rome. A few rooms but with all modern conforts.
Reception is closed in the morning but somebody is always available for check-in.
Just 4 blocks away from Termini main station. Open all year long offers rooms with private bathroom finely furnished and nice and clean rooms with shared bathroom.
Prices are our strongness. Low prices and big conforts. We will be glad to help you for any need, to book opera or restaurants or just for a suggestion about a pub.

From Termini Station:
take exit on Via Marsala. Walk along Via Marghera for 4 blocks. Via Palestro is the forth street on left.
5 minutes walking distance. Do not use taxi. If you have heavy cases take a trolley from station.

a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
