Our three en-suite rooms have air conditioning, satellite tv, alarm clock and hairdryer. Free Internet Point is available in the common area.

Internal terrace for breakfast during milder seasons. Change of blankets and towels every 3 days. Tea, coffee, milk, croissants, marmelade, bread, butter and juices are offered for breakfast. Family run.

take the Leonardo Express train to Central Station Termini, then Metro A Line, direction Battistini and get off at Cipro station, 150 metres away from our B&B.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
