How to reach us
From the Central Train Station in Rome:
exit(right exit close to the platform number 1) and make a right on Via Marsala. Then make the first on the left in Via Milazzo. We are at the number 23, here ring the bell Les Artes, 1st floor.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
