How to reach us
From Termini Station:
take the A line of the metro until Baldo degli Ubaldi stop, then walk downhill for about 50 metres until you cross Via Moricca on your left. We are at nr 5/ first floor.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of late cancellation (7 to 1 days from the arrival) the cost of the 1st night will be charged.
In case of cancellation in the last day or no show the 80% of the total will be charged.
