Hotel Caravaggio is a 3 star hotel ideally situated in the heart of Rome, near the famous Trevi Fountain. It is the ideal base for visitors wishing to explore on foot the wonders of the Eternal City and to wake up in a quiet, pleasant atmosphere.
Once an historical building, the hotel has recently been restored interpreting and renewing the original style. Hotel Caravaggio welcomes the guests in clean, stylish and tastefully decorated rooms which offer comfort and relaxation, they are nice to look at and to stay in. All our rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, hairdryer, courtesy kit, direct dial telephone, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning/heating and work desk. There is also a central deposit box at the reception.

Everything that is a part of the Rome experience: monuments, museums, galleries, theatres, shops, restaurants, bars and night live is within walking distanze. The hotel is situated only few steps away from all the historical Rome: Piazza di Spagna and the famous Spanish Steps; Colosseum and the Roman Forum; Trastevere; Piazza Navona and the Pantheon; Via Veneto and the renown "Dolce Vita"; Via del Corso and Via Condotti, the focal point of the finest Italian fashion. St. Peter’s square and the Vatican are 5 minutes away by underground.
The bus service is just around the corner on Via Nazionale. To the nearest underground stop (Piazza della Repubblica) you arrive easily in few minutes and to the main railway Station Termini you can walk, too. The area is also very well connected with both airports.

How to reach us
From the Railway Station Termini
Look for the exit to Piazza dei Cinquecento and from here take Viale L. Einaudi. You arrive to Piazza della Repubblica. Following Via Nazionale turn left on Via Venezia (the 5-th digression from Piazza della Repubblica). On the end of Via Venezia turn right on Via Palermo and at the house number 73 you will find the Hotel Caravaggio.
On Piazza dei Cinquecento you can find some busses going to Via Nazionale (for example the bus number 64, 170) and there is the taxi stop, too.
From the Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci)
From the Fiumicino Airport leaves every 30 minutes the direct train to Station Termini (from here see please the description in the point: From the Railway Station Termini).
In front of the exit from the terminal you will find the taxi stop, too.
From the Ciampino Airport
In front of the airport you will find the bus which connects the airport with the Station Termini (from here see please the description in the point: From the Railway Station Termini) or the bus which connects the airport with the underground - metro line A station Anagnina (from here take the underground and get off on the stop Repubblica, you will be already on the beginning of Via Nazionale and from here see please the description in the point: From the Railway Station Termini).
From the Ciampino airport you can reach our hotel by taxi, too.
If you wish we will be happy to arrange your transfer from the airport directly to our hotel for 57 euro (for one or two persons; if you are more than two persons contact us please for the price). The cost covers luggages fees, tax and services. If you wish to book this service send us please your flight schedule at least until one day before your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
