How to reach us
By car:
Highway Florece-Rome. Exit Roma Nord-Settebagni.
On Via Salaria always stright up to the center. At the end after the traffic light turn the left. After 3 traffic lights turn on the right.
Past the last one and take right.First on the left is Via Palestro.
From Termini Station:
take the exit of Via Marsala. The 1st street which crosses is named Via Marghera.
Take Via Marghera and after 4th block turn on the right.

a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
