We are a small, pretty and charming hotel located in a very nice area of the city (downtown) about 5-15 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps, Roman Forum, Colosseum, Venice Square and Via Veneto and the main shopping area of the city..

How to reach us
By car:
The hotel is easily reachable from any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, and by all highways, following the indications to Roma centro. It is forbidden to enter the area where the hotel is located by car, so guests can park their car close to the Termini railway station or along the Lungotevere and reach the hotel by taxi or by one of the several bus lines available.
By train:
The hotel is 1,5 km from the Termini railway station.
By airplane:
The hotel is 30 km from the Leonardo da Vinci - Fiumicino airport.

CANCELLATION POLICY

a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
