How to reach us
From Santa Lucia Railway Station or from Piazzale Roma (bus terminal):
Take Vaporetto ACTV – line n.1 (Rialto direction) and get off at the water-bus stop Cà Rezzonico.
Then, reach Campo San Barnaba (5 minutes walking), cross the bridge on the left side of the church and go along Fondamenta Rezzonico for 20mt up to a close street on the left side (Corte dei Furlani).
B&B Leonardo is located 10 mt on the left (Adress: Dorsoduro 3153).
From Marco Polo Airport:
Take bus ACTV n.5 and get off at the terminus (Piazzale Roma). Then follow instructions from Auto - Piazzale Roma.
From Canova Airport (Treviso):
Take bus ATVO (transfer to Venice) and get off at the terminal (Piazzale Roma).
Then follow instructions from Auto - Piazzale Roma.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
