Description
The B&B Residenza ai Giardini is a good place to make a fantastic holiday in Venice.
It is situated behind the Biennale garden, 10 minutes distance from St. Marks Square by walk and from here is easy to reach also the famous Islands of Venice (Murano, Burano, Torcello and Lido).
We offer double rooms in Venetian style wiht private bathroom ensuite, hair-dryer, tv-sat, heating and air conditioning, fridge bar and other conforts.
Downstairs there is the breakfast room and this room in the afternoon can be a relax room where you can read and drink a cup of tea.
In the price are included breakfast and taxes (water, gas, light).

How to reach us
From the airport Marco Polo:
you can take the watertaxi directly to the B&B or take the waterbus Alilaguna to Giardini Station.
From Piazzale Roma (bus and car terminal) and from the train station:
you take the waterbus n° 61 or 1 to Giardini.
From Giardini station you go straight on to the big street with a lot of trees and after cross a small bridge without stairs you turn right, you go straight on and the 4° street on the left Corte Del Magazen you arrive.

CANCELLATION POLICY
This reservation can be cancelled until 10 days prior the arrival date without any fee.
For short stay of 1 or 2 nights, for late cancellation or no-show, one night of penalty will be charged.
For reservation longer than 2 nights, in case of late cancellation or no.show, 50% of total amount will be charged.
We inform you also that the payment is by cash and we ask oyu to inform us in time at what time you think to arrive at the B&B.
