Description
OPEN ALL YEAR: The B&B Ca' Letizia is situated in Chirignago Venezia in a very peaceful place, surrounded by green gardens and is a valid alternative to other receptive structures. Ca' Letiza has a maximum of 10 beds with air conditioning, tv, parking and garden. There is also a kitchen if you like to have your own cooking facilities. Usually we wait our guest from 17.00 to 21.00. Please communicate time of arrival.

How to reach us
From the Venice airport ( Marco Polo) you can take the bus for Venice or for the railway station of Mestre. From the airport there are two different lines;the bus of ACTV, which costs less but it takes about half hour, or the ATVO who takes only 17 minutes. When you are in Venice or at Mestre Station follow the previous instructions.
From Mestre Station: catch any bus heading for "MIRANO" or the number 7 heading for centre Mestre (not heading for Venetia). The bus stop for these busses is in Via Cappuccina, about 100 metres from the station. You get there by heading right, from the front of the station, and passing through 2 intersections.The bus will take about 20 minutes to get to Spinea. On the bus ask to get off in Spinea in Marconi Square .
From venice: in the evening: catch bus n. 6 (not the 6/ ) from Piazzale Roma. If you catch one that departs at either minutes 20 or 40 (every 20 minutes past the hour) the last stop will be Spinea in Marconi square. If you catch the bus that leaves at one minute past the hour you must ask to get off at Spinea in Marconi sq.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
