Description
Bed and Breakfast Venezia is located in the most verdant discrict of the city, an island of unspoiled serenity on the eastern shore of the city's fabled lagoon. Its most delight feature, however, may be the dreamlike vision of ancient Venice shimmering across the lagoon, especially as the sun sets behind the tower of San Marco and the great dome of Santa Maria della Salute. Three double or triple rooms with private baths, Air Conditioning and TV, are available in a well-equipped environment. A continental breakfast is available each morning. You also have access to a garden and terrace roof which is a perfect sundeck.

How to reach us
From the Train Station or Piazzale Roma (car terminal):
By waterbus (51 or 61 from P.Roma bus terminal or from Ferrovia rail station)approximately 3.50 Euro. Also accessible by waterbus 1 - 61/62 - 51/52 - 41/42 (stop at S.Elena).
From Venice Airport Marco Polo:
catch public bus 5 leaving from the Departures area of the airport (a ticket costs Euro 1.00). Get off at Piazzale Roma, the car terminal station (last stop). Then catch waterbus 51 or 61 (Euro 3.50) and get off at S.Elena station. (Daily, 3-day or weekly tickets are available).

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
