There is no difficulty in finding our place, going from the railway station, bus station or coming from the airport. We don't have to mention how important the proximity of the railway and coach stations is; also international coaches leave from there. All the restaurants, pubs and clubs are just 5-minute walk from our hostels. That will let you save the money and time.
Besides the location, our aim is to make our guest feel like at home and let them spend their time enjoyable. Both our hostels are fully equipped with the newest furnishings just to please and ease our guests' stay. Our idea was to create as guest-friendly hostels as possible. We have no lock-outs or curefews. We understand you may want to party all night and then sleep even till 3pm! How to reach us
From the main Train Station:
Our hostel is only 200 metres away from the train station.
You are at the platform. There are 3 staircases leading to 3 diffrent arrival halls under the platform. Walk down the stairs, turn right and get to the very end of undeground arrival hall. Exit underground arrival hall and take either route A or B.
ROUTE A
Head to the shopping mall called Galeria Krakowska which is an extension of the undeground arrival hall.(The mall is closed from 10 pm till 8 am and on Polish bank holidays. If that is the case check option B) Find escalator , get to the ground level and leave the mall. You are on Pawia Street. Turn left ,walk for about 100 metres , cross the street and find building #12
ROUTE B
Walk up the stairs and head to the main building of the station.
Leave the main building. You are facing spacius plaza with the shopping mall Galeria Krakowska on your right. Walk along shopping mall's walls till they end . You are on Pawia Street.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
