How to reach us
From airport (Balice):
the easiest way to get to the centre is taking local rail (it leaves airport each 30 minutes, it takes about 15 minutes to get to Railway Station).
From Railway Station:
the best solution is walking through Florianska or Szpitalna Street to the Main Square (5 minutes). Than you will see St. Mary's Church on your left. Go straight and find gate no 7. Wea re on the 2nd floor.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
