A Residencial Florescente encontra-se situada em pleno centro da cidade na Baixa Pombalina, centro histórico e comercial de Lisboa junto à Praça dos Restauradores e à Praça do Rossio.
A rua Portas de Santo Antão é uma rua pedonal onde se pode usufruir das inúmeras esplanadas e restaurantes que aí existem.
É na mesma rua que se encontra a grande sala de espetáculos Coliseu dos Recreios e o Teatro Politeama.
Estamos situados a cerca de 50m da estação do metro dos Restauradores e a 100 m da estação do metro do Rossio.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
