Description
Three sunny, warm and amazingly decorated rooms + Twin for 4 (you will feel as if in a hotel!).
The apatment is located in the center of the city, in a very well communicated zone, 2-5 min from metros Sagrada Familia (L5, L2) and Hospital de Sant Pau (L5).
Very close the the Sagrada Familia itself, the zone is great for doing shopping, tourism (great arquitecture!) and going out for dinner.
We offer 2 double rooms: one in Chinese style, one in classical style, and one individual room in modern style and double for 4.
The Classical room has its own private bathroom.
The Chinese room shares a bathroom with the individual one. You have rights to use the washing machine, the kitchen, and wi-fi internet.
All double rooms have air conditioning.
There is a possibility of meeting you at the airoport for 30 euros.
We guarantee a pleasent stay! We are prepared to arrange excursions and sight-seeing while you are staying with us!

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
