Description
Our Bed & Breakfast is located in the Eixample quarter close to the gay area and the centre of town. We provide two single rooms and two double rooms with self-service breakfast. You can also use the kitchen to cook your meals. We also provide free wifi connection for those of you with computers and movie/music streaming for iTunes, iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. There is also an iMac for you to use at anytime.
All rooms are equipped with a tv set, clean bed linen, fresh towels, heating and a ceiling fan.

How to reach us
From the airport:
the train station is located in front of T2-B so if you’re landing at T1, you will need to catch a bus-transit from T1 to T2-B.
Trains run every 30 minutes from 06.08h to 23.38h. A single, one-way ticket is €2.80.
We recommend you buy a T-10 card (€7.70) which can also be used for the underground and bus so you only pay once for both train and underground and can be used for 10 journeys throughout out your stay. Your destination is “Sants-Estació”.
Once you get there, you need to switch to the underground system which is located inside the train station. You need to get on to the blue line (L5) and you’re two stops away to “Hospital Clínic”. Make sure you take the exit marked as “Sortida Villarroel/Clínic”. From there on, you only need to walk 3 minutes to “Carrer Casanova”.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
