How to reach us
FROM THE AIRPORT: Train to the Sants Train Station and from there the number 3 line of the Subway to the Drassanes Station (5 stops) or Air-Bus to Plaza Cataluña and from there the number 3 line of the Subway to the Drassanes Station (2 stops).
BY CAR: Ronda Litoral, Pla de Palau exit. This will take you to within a few yards of our house. There are various parking structures in the area, so secure parking at reasonable rates is available.
BY TRAIN: All trains stop in the Sants Train Station, so the directions are the same as those from the airport.
OTHER NEARBY SUBWAY STATIONS: Jaume I (line 4) and Barceloneta (line 4).
BUS LINES WHICH WILL DROP YOU AT OUR DOOR OR A FEW YARDS FROM OUR DOOR: 14, 36, 57, 59, 64, 157, 17, 19, 40, 45, 38, N15, N12, N9, NB, NO and N6. You can reach any area in the city by bus from our doorstep.
Since we are situated in the heart of the city, you will never have any difficulty finding a taxi at any hour of the day or night.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
