Description
The Barcelona Residence 1 is ideally located in the Barrio Gotic just a walking distance to the most interesting, cosmopolitan and dynamic area of the city. During your stay in Barcelona, you can reach in 10 minutes the Cathedral, the Gothic Quarter, the Picasso Museum, the Ramblas, Maremagnum, Parc De La Ciutadella , Arc de Triomf, Plaza Catalunya, Corte ingles and in15 minutes the Olympic village and tha beach). There is also a wide variety of restaurants and bars nearby.
Our rooms are daily cleaned and come equipped with television and wifi. Our guests have access to the lounges and common dining rooms. We take 25€ as a key deposit and we will give your money back when you check out. Please let us know your arrival time. We only accept cash on arrival. Check in is in Paseo Colon n°4, 1º (floor) 3ª. Check in time untill midnight. Check out time between 11.30 to 12.00. When you arrive in Barcelona call us before you go to the apartament in Barrio Gotico.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
