Description
The Hostal Que Tal is a charming and friendly 2 star hostel located in the flashy and central Eixample neighbourhood, located next to the “Madison Avenue” of Barcelona, the Passeig de Gràcia and 10 minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya. From here you can reach just about anywhere in the city in the numerous buses, metros, trains and commuter rails which radiate from the center.
Take a day trip to Sitges, a gem of a city just South of Barcelona which has long stretches of beach and a lovely maritime walkway to stroll down at sunset.
Closer to the hostel are several intriguing Gaudi structures including La Pedrera (also known as Casa Mila), Casa Batlló (which was nicknamed the bone house because of the shape of the columns in front of the first floor windows) and finally Gaudi’s masterpiece, Sagrada Familia Cathedral is not far away.
The hostel has been completely renovated and is located in a residence built at the turn of the century. The staff at the Que Tal reflect the friendly name of the hostel, and will make you feel right at home. The rooms are unique, decorated with their own particular style, and are painted with ornamental details. They are spacious with high ceilings which are characteristics of this kind of building. There are rooms with or without en suite bathrooms, and the latter are brand new, clean and roomy. Rooms without private bath include a wash basin. A communal living room is available for the use of all guests. Strong box at reception and 24 hour doorman.

How to reach us
Carrer de Mallorca, 290 entl 1º
From the airport, the better way is take the "airbus" just in face at terminal outside (ticket in bus - 3 Euros) till Plaza Catalunya (last stop) and than you can walking (15 minutes) to calle Mallorca 290, corner calle Bruc or, if you have baggage, take a taxi (5 minutes - around 6 Euros). If you prefer, you can take a taxi directly to the hotel (20 minutes - the price is around 20-25 Euros).

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
