By taxi:
The taxi would cost you approx 20 Euros on a working day upto 11 p.m. and luggage would be charged extra.
By Train& Metro:
There are trains plying to the city centre every 30 minutes from the airport. A ticket for 1.75 Euros will give you a ride to the main under-ground train station 'Sants Estacio' . You should board the underground metro network at the same station. Blue Line (Line5) will take you directly to 'Sagrada Familia' in 8 mts.
